19th February 2009 Windsurfing: Kanaha Wind Direction: NE Wind Stength: Surf / Sea State: Air Temperature: Sea Temperature: Weather: Sunshine then overcast/rain Max Speed: Distance Covered: Simon and I sailed yesterday at Sprecks but the wind was marginal so with our aching limbs we didn't milk it. I wasn't expecting much from today due to a marginal rainy forecast and a minor bout of man flu that has been bothering me recently. But Kanaha delivered another decent session with plenty of wind until it dropped very suddenly in the afternoon. There was a good swell today albeit messy and short period. I dropped in to a couple of waves that promised much as they produced solid logo high sections but then disappeared to nothing Hove stylee. All good fun though and our 8th consecutive day on the water which I think is a record for me. :) |
